The Petitioner has filed this Petition in July 2019 stating that the Petitioner was desirous of appearing for examination in the year 2017. The Petition has remained pending and when the Petition came up before this Court in January 2021, it was adjourned at the request of the Petitioners.

A prayer is made by the Petitioner for acceptance of examination form for the First Year in 2017, since then four years have passed. The Respondents have correctly pointed out that the Petition may have become infructuous.

We do not deem it necessary to keep the Petition pending any further. In case the Petitioner has any other grievance, it is always open to the Petitioner to approach this Court.
