The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to delete names of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 from the array of the respondents.

The appellant may delete the names of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 at its own risk.

For the reasons stated in the application, which are being satisfactory and explain the delay sufficiently, though the learned counsel for the respondents is opposing the present application, I am of the opinion that it needs to be allowed.
