Learned Amicus and Counsel appearing for petitioner are strongly objecting to impleadment. However, bonafides or lack thereof on the part of
Order 1107cao1181.18 applicants and respondents in the matter can be examined on merits. Hence without prejudice to the contentions of parties, we permit applicants to be added as party respondents.

Applicants be shown as respondent nos. 7, 8 and 9 in Public Interest Litigation No. 78/2018 and respondent nos. 8,9, and 10 in Public Interest Litigation No. 79/2018. Civil Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.

Petitioners to supply copy of petition to learned Amicus at the cost of the applicants /added respondents.
5.
Applicants/respondents as also other respondents to file their reply, if any, without fail within a period of two weeks.
6.
Respondent Corporation shall also keep necessary records available for perusal of this Court, if occasion therefor arise. List the matter for further consideration on 25.07.2018.
