After hearing the parties, in my opinion, in the interest of justice, the claimants can be permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 75% of Rs.29,14,942/- upon furnishing an usual undertaking. The balance amount be deposited in the Nationalized Bank initially for a period of 5 years.

The application stands disposed of.
