Date : 12 th July, 2017 This petition seeks a direction to the respondents to bring into force the Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981 and to constitute the Board, as provided under Section 6 therein. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents state that the Act has been brought into force and such a Board has been constituted.

Thus, the petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
