By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the direction in the judgment dated 28/01/2016 in Writ Petition No.1493 of 2015. According to the petitioner, though this court had directed the respondents to decide the appeal within three months from the date of the presentation, the respondents had not decided the same. Shri Dharmadhikari, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, states by referring to an order passed by the Hon'ble Minister in December, 2016 that the appeal of the petitioner is decided. It is stated that the delay on the part of the respondents in deciding the appeal is not deliberate or intentional. Since the appeal of the petitioner is decided in December, 2016, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
