This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent-claimant for transfer of the amount deposited in this court, to the reference court. Perused the order passed by this court on 31/08/2012. As per the said order, the amount was directed to be deposited in the reference court at Buldhana.

In view thereof, as the amount is deposited in this court, office is directed to transfer the said amount to the reference court at Buldhana so as to facilitate the claimant to withdraw the same.
