2] Accepting the explanation given in the application, delay of 24 days in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.5 on record is condoned, abatement is set aside and the petitioner is permitted to bring on record legal representatives of respondent No.5. The petitioner is permitted to amend cause title and place on record the corrected address of respondent No.7 as shown in Civil Application No.1605/2019. Civil applications are allowed accordingly. No costs.
