By order dated 20.06.2018 the applicant was directed to deposit the entire arrears as pre-condition to issuance of notice.

2] The averment in the application is out of the arrears of Rs.1,98,000/- the applicant 1 has paid Rs.43,700/- and is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/- in this court within a week.

3] The further averment is that the applicant 1 is presently unemployed and is working on daily wage as and when the said work is available.

4] In view of the said averment the applicant to deposit Rs.20,000/- within a week and if such deposit made
