The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant Petition, is for a direction to the respondent nos.2 and 3 to immediately process and decide the Application made by the petitioner for grant of CL/FL/TOD/III license and include the name of Mrs. Poonam Bacchewar, in the license. Ms. N.P.Mehta, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states on instructions from the Officers that are present in the court today, that the Application could be decided within three months.
