The application is for grant of bail.

Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application with liberty to file afresh after three months, if there is no progress in the trial. 3.
There is no dispute that the applicant is arrested on 24.02.2021 and charge is framed on 11.03.2022. The prosecution has cited in all 26 witnesses, but within four years only four witnesses are examined by the prosecution. As far as the involvement of the present applicant is concerned, it is apparent that there is no progress in the trial. 4.
Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after three months, if there is no
