This is an application for grant of early hearing of the second appeal by the applicants/appellants. 3.

It is submission of learned counsel for the applicants/appellants that paper-book is ready and though he could not point out earlier order passed by this Court (Coram : A.S.Chandurkar, J.) on 16.8.2017, the present application was to be considered after paper-book is filed. 4.

Though the paper-book is filed, looking to controversy involved in the present matter, I find no reason to allow the present applicants for jumping the queue. 5.

Hence, the present civil application is rejected and disposed of accordingly.
