Today, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned trial Court after six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The learned counsel for applicant is permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh, if there is no progress in the trial after one year. 5.
