Mr. Kakani, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 on instructions of Mr. S. M. Kopulwar, Executive Engineer, who is present in the Court today states that the respondents are willing to join the petitioner immediately provided he reports for joining. The statement is accepted and recorded.
Mr. Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will present himself at the office of the respondent no.1 at 10.30 a.m. tomorrow i.e. on 04.02.2020, whereupon he will be joined in employment. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above statement, the grievance as raised in the present contempt petition stands redressed. The petition is therefore disposed of. No order as to costs.
