This application is fled seeking impleadment of the Respondent No.7 - The Election Ofcer as party to the present proceedings. The learned Advocate for the Applicants/Petitioner objected for joining the proposed Respondent No.7 in the proceedings. However, in view of the statements made in the application, the application is allowed.

The Petitioners are directed to add the Respondent No.7 as party in the Petition. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Civil application is disposed of.
