DATE : 26/07/2018 The apprehension of the complainant, who has applied for cancellation of bail of the appellant, can be taken care of, if the appellant/accused is asked to stay away from the place of residence of the complainant and her mother. If this is done, the grievance of the complainant satisfies. Shri Jaltare, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has searched out an alternate accommodation, which is away from the place of residence of the complainant and her mother. 2607appa651.18.odt the jurisdiction of Ram Nagar Police Station at Chandrapur. Hence, the appellant/accused has undertaken not to reside in the said area but has undertaken to reside in different locality in the same town of Chandrapur.
In view of this, the criminal application stands disposed of.
