Shri S.V. Purohit, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that after the service of notice of contempt petition, the respondents have complied with the order of which breach is complained and in view of this the petitioner does not want to prosecute the contempt petition.

In view of the above fact and as the respondents have tendered unconditional apology, I see no reason to keep this petition pending. Notice issued to the respondents is discharged. The contempt petition is disposed. No costs.
