The only relief sought in the writ petition is for direction to be issued to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Washim to decide the proposal forwarded by the Management with request for permission to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground. 3.

The aforesaid proposal is dated 27.02.2016 and same is still pending. The interest of justice would be made by directing the respondent no. 2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Washim to decide the proposal dated 27.02.2016 submitted on 22.08.2016 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of this order.

The decision taken be communicated to the Management as well as to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of. 5.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
