Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that he is in process of drafting the application/affidavit seeking restoration of the First Appeal.

Considering the time from dismissal of the appeal (order dated 15.06.2021), the respondent Nos.1 and 2 cannot be denied the benefits of the judgment and order.

Accordingly the application is allowed. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw the balance amount laying before the Court with the accrued interest. The application stands disposed of.
