Murli Industries Limited, dated 20.07.2022, stating that pursuant to the proceedings, the company now stands amalgamated with Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, which has taken over the business of the aforesaid company, in view of which the present proceedings have become infructuous. The statement is accepted.

All the company petitions are dismissed as become infructuous.

Since the Official Liquidator has pressed the claim before the company regarding his fees and charges, the same is permitted to be paid from the common pool funds.
