It appears that by order dated 05/06/2023, this Court remanded the matter to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Yavatmal. ("Tribunal" for short). However, the decretal amount has been deposited by the appellant in this Court remained to be remitted to the Tribunal.

Registry is directed to remit the amount deposited by the appellant to the Tribunal. The Tribunal may deal with the amount as per law.
