Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.286 of 2017, registered initially for the offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and then Sections 409, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code came to be added, the applicant seeks prearrest bail. The crime is registered on the complaint lodged by the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Buldana that the applicant while working as Assistant Manager manoeuvred to transfer the amount of Rs.2,05,644/- from non-performing account to another accounts and has misappropriated it.

The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has deposited the amount and has also tendered written apology. It is further submitted that the applicant is suspended and it is not the case of the Investigating Agency that the applicant is holding over some relevant documents. The non-applicant has not been able to

2 aba512.17 point out that custody of the applicant is required for investigation. The applicant is woman aged about 28 years and has stated that she is not involved in any other crime/ offence.

In the facts of the case, following order is passed: In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.286 of 2017, registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Five Thousand and on furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount.

The application is allowed accordingly.
