The challenge in the present writ petition is to the issuance of an auction notice dated 10/07/2015 for grant of fishing rights for the period from 2015 to 2020 in respect of Ningnur Water Tank.

During pendency of the writ petition, by an order dated 22/07/2015, the respondent No.4 has granted fishing rights by executing a lease document in favour of respondent No.6. In view of aforesaid, Shri Nemade, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the communication dated 22/07/2015. The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and it is open for the petitioner to challenge the communication dated 22/07/2015 independently. The writ petition is disposed of as such. No costs.
