Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to furnish local surety.

The offence registered against the applicant is triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class. The charge-sheet has been filed. The applicant, now, therefore, can be released on bail. Hence, the order.:

The application is allowed.

It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his executing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety, who shall be from District Wardha, in the like amount on the conditions that he shall attend the Court regularly on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate with the Court in expeditions disposal of the case against him and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
