Perused judgment delivered at Aurangabad Bench. Students therein have cleared XIth & XIIth standard examinations from institutes located within State of Maharashtra. They had passed Xth standard from Board outside Maharashtra.

Amendment for the first time disqualified them on that ground. Here the petitioner has not cleared XIth & XIIth standard examinations also from State of Maharashtra.

We, therefore, find no case made out.

Petition is rejected.
