It is stated in the application that the respondent nos.2 and 3 could not be served for want of correct address; according to the Bailiff report, they are not residing on the address given on record. Therefore, the applicant/petitioner is furnishing correct address of respondent nos.2 and 3. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary corrections be carried out in the cause title of the Writ Petition.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to the respondent no.2 and 3 on correct address, returnable within four weeks.
