DATE : 02/01/2023 The petition challenges the order dated 27.11.2019 whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs. 2,000/- per month from November, 2019 till the conclusion of the lis and so also Rs. 10,000/- as expenses of the proceedings. The relationship is not disputed. The monthly income of the petitioner has been determined at Rs. 8,000/- to Rs.10,000/- per month. No material has been placed on record or brought to my notice to enable me to defer from this conclusion, considering which I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is dismissed.
