By filing this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 238 days in preferring the cross-objection.

By filing cross-objection, the applicants are seeking enhancement of compensation, but delay is caused in filing the cross-objection.

As per the contention of the applicants, delay is not intentional one. The appellant has no objection for condoning the delay.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned on waiver of the interest of the delayed period. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
