Vide order dated 17.10.2018, Retired Principal District and Sessions Judge Shri A.S. Shivankar was appointed as an Arbitrator. A disclosure letter is received from Shri A.S. Shivankar which shows that he can act as an Arbitrator.

Parties agreed to appear before Shri A.S. Shivankar.

In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of finally by directing the parties to comply with procedure and the Registry is directed to issue writ to the parties giving date intimating them to appear before the Arbitrator.
