2] Mr. Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter before learned Respondent No.1 is fixed for final argument on 18.10.2022 and as the present petition arises out of an interim order, in case the direction is granted to Respondent No.1 to finally decide the appeal, the petitions can be disposed of.

3] Mr. Jain, learned counsel for respondent No.2 as well as learned AGP for respondent No.1 have no objection for the course to be adopted, considering which the Respondent No.1 is requested to hear the parties on
