21st October, 2016 Learned counsel Ms. Saikhede [appointed] for the petitioner, upon instructions, states that the mother of petitioner is ready and willing to stand as a surety and receive him on furlough.

Learned APP is relying upon the impugned order. As, now, a relative is available, we set aside the impugned order dated 9th June, 2016 and direct the petitioner to supply necessary details of a surety to respondent no.1 within two weeks from today. After receipt of such details, respondent no.1 shall complete necessary formalities, including verification and pass orders afresh within next four weeks.

Writ Petition is, thus, partly allowed and disposed of.
