The petitioner challenges the order dated 11-09-18 passed by the Additional Collector in proceeding u/s 14(j)(5) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959, declaring that the petitioner as ineligible for appointment of Member of Gram Panchayat Pandhurna, the challenge thereto before the Additional Collector has been dismissed by an order dated 28-06-19 (Pg 44).
