The only grievance raised in the petition, is for the entitlement to get the original documents of title of the property purchased by the petitioners in auction from the record of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur. Though, the Bank has applied for return of documents, it has not received those documents leading to filing of the petition. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would apply to the DRT for grant of certified copies of documents of title, and upon receiving the same shall make an application to the respondent No.1 for return of the original documents.

The respondent No.1 whereupon shall accept the certified copies on record and return the original documents to the petitioners, as the Bank has no objection in that regard as is indicated from the communication dated 02.12.2020 (Page 41) issued by the Bank. Since that is the TAMBE

The petition is, therefore, disposed of in above terms. No costs.
