This petition takes exception to the order dated 11th April, 2022 passed by respondent No.2Additional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur in Zilla Parishad Appeal No. 88 of 2020-21.

A departmental inquiry was conducted against the petitioner and punishment of stoppage of three increment was imposed. The said order was challenged in appeal before respondent No.2. In appeal respondent No.2 has brought down the punishment to the stoppage of one increment.

I have perused the impugned order and findings recorded in the appeal by respondent No.2. SKNair

The respondent No.2 has exonerated the petitioner from all the charges.

In that view of the matter the order impugned to the extent of retaining the punishment of even stoppage of one increment will have to be set aside and it is accordingly set aside.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
