DATED : SEPTEMBER 13, 2019 Heard Mr. Daruvala, learned counsel appointed for applicant and Mr. Jawade, learned A.P.P. for non applicant-State. Also perused the record and proceedings. After hearing learned counsel for applicant and looking to nature of evidence as available on record, I think present is not the case wherein Court should suspend substantive jail sentence imposed upon the applicant. Consequently, application is rejected.

Since, applicant is in jail, Registry is directed to prepare paper book immediately and place the matter for hearing before the Court.
