The learned Counsel for the respondents/ claimants has filed this application for withdrawal of amount. The appellant has deposited amount of Rs.6,00,000/- before this Court.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount on giving usual undertaking. 3.

The Registry is directed to release 50% amount after obtaining the usual undertaking and verifying the bank documents.

The learned Counsel for the respondents informed that the respondent No.2 is no more. 5.

The share of the respondent No.2 be distributed equally between respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4.
