This application is filed seeking correction of an inadvertent error in line No.3 on page No.2 of the order passed on 17th July, 2017. It is submitted that instead of "matrimonial", it should be "maternal".

Shri N. R. Patil learned A. P. P. has stated that it is an inadvertent error and correction may be directed. The Office is directed to carry out correction accordingly, so that, the relevant paragraph reads as follow - "According to the investigating agency, because of constant demand by the applicants from the parents of deceased and because of harassment meted out to her she has committed suicide at her maternal house within one year of marriage".
