This Court while deciding Misc. Civil Application No.164 of 2021, by the order dated 16.3.2022, has already directed expeditious disposal of the petition by the Family Court, Amravati. A grievance is raised by the present application that long dates are being given which defeat the purpose of the order dated 16.3.2022 passed by this Court. Since there is already order directing expeditious disposal of the petition by the learned Family Court, the learned Family Court, is directed to act in accordance with the same.

The present application (CAO) No.662 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.
