---------------- CORAM : SUNIL B. SHUKRE AND G.A. SANAP, JJ.

DATE : 13.9.2022 ORAL JUDGMENT (Per Sunil B. Shukre, J.) Heard. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of learned counsel for the parties.

wp5215.2022 2.

Although learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, has sought further six months time on behalf of the Scrutiny Committee for deciding the tribe claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law, we find that the Scrutiny Committee has already received more than sufficient time to decide it and, therefore, it may not be proper for us to grant such a time to the Scrutiny Committee in the matter. Instead, we grant further three months time to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law. Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs.

(G.A. SANAP, J.) ( SUNIL B. SHUKRE, J.) Tambaskar.
