On 14.07.2018, there were settlement before Lok Adalat. As per the terms of compromise, the respondent no. 2 (Western Coalfields Limited) has deposited amount of Rs.2,60,011/-.

The appellant/applicant is permitted to withdraw the said amount, as per the terms of compromise dated 14.07.2018 alongwith accrued interest, if any. The application is disposed of.
