This Civil Application No. 3332 of 2019 is moved for withdrawal of amount of Rs.10,000/-, which was imposed upon the respondent No.6 for not participating in this matter.

We permit the respondent No.6 to withdraw an amount of Rs.8,000/- and the balance amount of Rs.2,000/- be credited in the account of High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur towards the costs. 4.
