DATED : 24 t h AUGUST, 2015 Petitioner who has been provisionally admitted in respondent no.3 College seeks direction to declare her result and to prosecute her further studies. Advocate A.S. Mahonar appears for respondent no. 3. Learned Assistant Govt. Pleader has appeared for respondent nos. 1 & 2. There is no appearance for respondent no. 4.

Learned Assistant Govt. Pleader and Advocate Manohar point out that petitioner has been given admission because of orders of this court as the caste claim has been invalidated. They, therefore, oppose the prayer. This court has directed provisional admission and as nobody appeared for respondent no. 4 on 25.3.2015 ad-interim relief in terms of

caw1689-15.odt prayer clause (i) of Civil Application W No. 611/2015 came to be granted. Petitioner has accordingly appeared for examination.

In this situation, we direct the respondent no. 4 to declare result of petitioner/applicant of first year M.B.B.S. Examination and to permit the petitioner provisionally to prosecute her studies further in accordance with law, subject to further orders of this court in the matter.

Civil application is thus partly allowed and disposed of.

Steno copy is allowed.

Civil Application W No. 611/2015 is already disposed of on 25.3.2015.
