By this civil application, the applicant/petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent-University to declare the 6th Semester result of the applicant. The applicant also seeks a direction against the Management not to insist upon the payment of the regular fees by the applicant.

We are inclined to grant the first prayer made in the civil application in view of the interim relief granted in favour of the petitioner at the time of admission of the writ petition on 26/03/2014. Since we had directed that the ongoing education of the petitioner should not be disturbed, the respondent No.3-University is directed to issue the mark-sheet of the 6th Semester Engineering Examination to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The petitioner should however pay the fees that are payable by the open category candidates to the respondent No.2-College. The respondent No.2-College should reimburse the fees to the petitioner and secure the same from the State Government in case the petitioner succeeds in this writ petition and the order of the Scrutiny Committee is set aside. The civil application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
