It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the appellants that 50% amount of the compensation has already been deposited. 02.

In the wake of order dated 22/01/2025, respondent Nos.1 to 4 were permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. Hence, the application does not survive. Accordingly, it is disposed of.
