28/07/ The present application is filed for correction of respondent No.1-A. Applicant No.1 is son of deceased respondent No.1. His surname is "Raut", instead of this, it was wrongly mentioned as "Tone", as respondent Nos.2 to 5-A are named by surname "Tone". Necessary correction needs to be corrected. As such, application is allowed.

The appellant to carry out amendment in substituting applicant's surname as "Raut" in place of "Tone".

Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.

In the meanwhile, learned Counsel for appellant to remove office objections.
