Considering the facts and circumstances mentioned in the petition, the order impugned dated 13.03.2024 shall remain stayed during the pendency of appeal before the learned EPF Appellate Tribunal, subject to further deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- by the petitioner with the respondent No.1. On deposit of the said amount, the bank account of the petitioner shall stand de freezed.
