This is an application for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The appellant, in pursuance to order passed by this Court, has deposited Rs.37,63,057/- towards the decretal amount. 4.

For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. The claimant will be entitled to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on she giving an usual undertaking before the Registrar (J.) of this Court and 50% of the amount shall be withdrawn on she giving solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (J.) of this Court. This exercise shall be done by the claimant within a period of 6 weeks from today. In case, the appeal filed by the appellant is allowed by this Court, the appellant will be entitled to recovery the amount to the extent that may be indicated in the final judgment of this Court along with interest that may be .....2/-
