The investigating officer is directed to intimate respondent no.2 about pendency of the present appeal. In the meanwhile, in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.290/2019 registered with Police Station, Tirora, for an offence punishable under Sections 354-D of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 (1) (w) and 3 (w) (v-a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, applicant-Rohit Ranjansingh Saraswar, be released on bail on he executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend Police Station, Tirora from 10.10.2019 to 24.10.2019 and shall be with the investigating officer between 11:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
