This is an application filed by the appellantclaimant seeking early disposal of the appeal in view of the decision given by this court in First Appeal Nos. 632/2013 and 1117/2007, on the ground that the compensation amount is already fixed by this court in those appeals.

Learned counsel for respondent no.3 Shri Palshikar, however submits that in the present appeal, along with the land, there is a claim for compensation of fruit bearing trees also, and therefore, this appeal cannot be disposed of merely relying on the judgment of this court in First Appeal Nos.632/2013 and 1117/2007. Accordingly, this application cannot be allowed.
