DATED : 08/11/2019 The prayer of the petitioner to transfer the investigation from Police Station Gittikhadan to the Central Bureau of Investigation or Crime Branch Nagpur is considered by this Court and by order dated 30.09.2019, this Court has directed that the investigation be transferred to Crime Investigation Department. Shri T.A. Mirza, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed on record an affidavit sworn by Smt. Jyotsna Jaisingh Masram, Deputy Superintendent of Police, C.I.D., Crime Branch Nagpur stating that the investigation is transferred to Crime Investigation Department, Nagpur and the investigation is being undertaken.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. Hence, the criminal writ petition is disposed.
